You Can bring Hydroponic MicroFarms to San Diego Classrooms
As we enter into the holiday season and a third through the school year, join URBAN GROWTH in raising funds for our MicroFarm in the Classroom Program. With this program, we work directly with elementary and middle school teachers to set up a hydroponics farm in their classroom. Each student is able to grow a plant from germination to harvest, learning valuable life skills along the way – the power of growing our own food. A true farm to table practice. With your support, we hope to reach our goal of $3,000 to fund an entire classroom including the equipment, materials, set up and teacher training.
